Section A – Responsabilités spécifiques
Gestion du contenu Web
- Publier, mettre à jour et retirer du contenu sur plusieurs sites Web à l’aide de plateformes CMS (p. ex., SiteCore, Liferay, WordPress).

- Gérer les calendriers de déploiement du contenu, contribuer aux tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT) des nouvelles fonctionnalités et identifier les problèmes après déploiement.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de marque afin d’assurer des approbations et des déploiements en temps opportun.
Site Web et optimisation pour les moteurs de recherche (SEO/GEO)
- Analyser la performance des sites et le comportement des utilisateurs à l’aide d’outils comme Google Analytics et Amplitude afin de recommander des améliorations.
- Effectuer des audits réguliers pour identifier et corriger les liens brisés, le contenu désuet et les enjeux SEO/GEO à l’aide d’outils comme SEMrush et Google Search Console.
- Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de métadonnées, de « tagging » et d’accessibilité.
- Identifier les exigences techniques SEO/GEO et documenter les besoins pour l’équipe de développement.
- Surveiller la performance des données des
Collaboration interfonctionnelle
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de produit, le marketing, les services juridiques et la conformité afin d’aligner les initiatives numériques sur les objectifs d’affaires.
- Participer aux mises à niveau, aux migrations du CMS et aux déploiements de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Soutenir les efforts de localisation et de personnalisation du contenu régional (p. ex., pages de pharmacie propres au Québec).
Section B – Compétences et expérience requises
- 3 ans et plus d’expérience en opérations numériques, en publication Web ou en gestion de contenu.
- Maîtrise des plateformes CMS, notions de base en HTML/CSS et outils SEO.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication.
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français) souhaité.
Atouts
- Expérience avec des sites Web de pharmacie ou de soins de santé.
- Familiarité avec les méthodes Agile et les outils de gestion de projet (p. ex., Jira, Confluence).
- Connaissance des systèmes de gestion des actifs numériques (DAM).
- Exposition aux « CMS headless » et aux cadres de personnalisation.

Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Web Content Management
- Publish, update, and retire content across multiple websites using CMS platforms (e.g., SiteCore, Liferay, WordPress).
- Ensure published content and pages meet established quality standards and alignment with brand and compliance requirements.
- Manage content deployment schedules, contribute to UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of new features and identify post-deployment issues.
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure timely approvals and deployments.
Website & Search Engine Optimization (SEO/GEO)
- Analyze site performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude to recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve broken links, outdated content, and SEO/GEO issues using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.
- Implement metadata, tagging, and accessibility best practices.
- Identify technical SEO/GEO requirements and document requirements for development.
- Monitor performance of local maps data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Participate in CMS upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
- Support localization and personalization efforts for regional content (e.g., Quebec-specific pharmacy pages).
Section B – Skillsets and Experiences Required
- 3+ years of experience in digital operations, web publishing, or content management.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, and SEO tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with pharmacy or healthcare websites.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Exposure to headless CMS and personalization frameworks.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
