What you’ll do
Productivity and Efficiency: Operate production machinery and perform daily tasks efficiently to meet production targets. Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure smooth operations. Success means consistently achieving production goals with minimal downtime. Travel is not typically required.
Quality Maintenance: Follow established procedures to ensure product quality. Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process, reporting any defects or issues promptly to supervisors. Success is maintaining high product standards and minimizing defects.
Cost Maintenance: Minimize waste by adhering to production guidelines and operating equipment efficiently. Ensure optimal use of materials and resources, contributing to cost-saving initiatives by identifying areas for improvement
Delivery Responsibilities: Ensure products are produced and packaged according to delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of production output and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
High school certificate, diploma, or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety
Nice-to-haves:
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of production processes and machinery operation
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
