We are currently looking for a highly talented, senior-level, Consulting professional who can advise C-level executives who have responsibility for driving transformational change within Banking organisations in Germany, DACH.
You could be a Senior Director, Associate Partner or similar, with strong relationship building skills, or an existing Partner/Managing Director looking to join a growing consulting business with huge potential.
The Managing Partner, Financial Services, will provide technology foresight and market intelligence to senior business leaders (CIO, CDO, CFO, CTO, COO and senior IT executives). The activity ranges from developing IT Strategy (roadmaps, operating models, organisational design etc) through to ongoing strategy execution support, digital transformation, governance and value realisation.
We seek candidates with the ability to drive business within some of our leading clients, initiating conversations at the highest level. Experience we’re seeking:
Fantastic relationship building skills; with a strong track record of account development and growth
Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
An excellent understanding of Financial Services across DACH, especially Retail and Commercial Banking (particularly core banking)
Experience in one or more of:
C-level Advisory Services with an understanding of the drivers for change, particularly technological (AI, Cloud, Digital platforms etc)
Technology, IT Strategy and IT Strategy Execution
Applications modernization (core banking transformation)
Value Realization though IT transformation and programme assurance
Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives
A consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges
Proven track record in achieving / exceeding revenue targets
