We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Centralized Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional in the applications operations with a strong background in cloud-native technologies, automation, and the telecom domain. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our robust and scalable infrastructure, directly contributing to the reliability of our next-generation telecom services. This role requires an autonomous professional who can handle multiple tools and technologies in a fast-paced, DevOps-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on platforms like Kubernetes and OpenStack.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as code (IaC) using Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration.
Write robust code in Python and Ansible to support infrastructure automation and tool integration.
Manage and optimize our CI/CD pipelines using gitlab to ensure seamless software delivery and operational agility.
Configure and maintain core IP networking services, including VPCs, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.
Utilize expertise in containerization technologies like Docker to build and deploy container-based solutions.
Administer and operate a suite of tools, including the VSOP tool chain, DML, and SON Applications, to support centralized operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security, performance, and reliability of our cloud-native environment.
RPA Regression Framework builds and manages automated testing frameworks for our robotic processes. Also Report and analyze test results, identifying defects.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree or two or more years of equivalent work experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker, and other OS virtualization and containerization technologies.
Expertise in scripting and coding, specifically Ansible, Python, and shell.
Sound knowledge of the Telecom Domain, including 4G/5G, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), MANO, and SOL standards.
Strong knowledge of IP Networking, including VPC, VPN, SDN, DNS, and firewalls.
Proven experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools, particularly gitlab.
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize database and storage solutions.:
Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and configuration management tools like Ansible, postman,
