What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of materials
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support continuous operations
Load, transport, and handle raw materials and finished products as required
Follow safety procedures and company policies while maintaining clean work areas
Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and resolve issues
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
Reliability, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
Physical Demands
Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift or move materials up to 50 pounds
Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
Manual dexterity to operate controls, tools, and equipment safely
Visual and hearing ability sufficient to recognize hazards and monitor equipment performance
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
