Role Overview

As the Interior Designer, you’ll lead and execute the endtoend design vision for acquisitions, renovations, and special projects across a multimilliondollar portfolio of multifamily apartment communities. You’ll translate creative concepts into cohesive, buildable, and brandaligned environments that elevate both resident experience and asset value.

Design Vision

Develop renovation and reconfiguration concepts that optimize unit layouts, functionality, and flow

Design model units, including furniture selection, purchasing, budget management, delivery coordination, installation oversight, and Care Binder creation

Partner with Investments, Cortland Build, Architecture, and external vendors to ensure design intent is consistent across interiors and exteriorsgoawsaidatadesignmarketing
