Team and Role Overview
We are looking for a Portfolio Director to our India office who will contribute to the regional business development, by actively developing the client services business on both existing accounts and new names. A Portfolio Director’s responsibilities include crafting regional growth strategies, managing client happiness and growth opportunities through actively participating in governance committees, and supporting the sales organization to position the implementation strategy and pitch. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients and customer happiness leagues as well as the sales organization to manage a portfolio of active projects, drive service growth and market penetration as well as actively supporting sales of new clients in various business lines.
Responsibilities
Provide client service strategies to clients and colleagues
Provide advice and mentorship for opportunities to customers and colleagues
Build and execute a regional strategy to develop the client services business
Measure and report on the financial KPIs like (bookings, margin, and revenue)
Work actively with customer delivery directors to ensure the flawless transition of opportunities from the prospecting stage toward the execution phase
Work collaboratively with solution architects and subject matter experts to elaborate client proposals and end estimates
Present service strategies to clients C-level
Engage with client procurement, business, and legal departments to review and close contracts
Skills And Requirements
Proven work experience as a Portfolio Director or similar Presales role
Strong understanding of customer delivery practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on commercial C-level conversations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Master’s degree in business, finance, investment, or a related field preferred
