Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

Location: London, Hybrid.

This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to be onsite in our London office as needed. Candidates must be based in the UK with valid British work authorisation.

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be pivotal to our collective success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing team, serving as our boots-on-the-ground solution to building personal relationships and making our customers successful.

In this role, we focus on being trusted business advisors rather than just vendors. You will have the opportunity to sell impactful, revolutionary software that is changing the way the world runs revenue.

On a day-to-day basis, we will work together to:

  • Manage Full-Cycle Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for the account relationship, overseeing renewals and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Drive Strategic Expansion: Proactively identify new use cases and introduce additional products to help our customers scale their footprint.

  • Execute Account Planning: Develop success plans for high-value accounts to ensure their business goals remain aligned with our solutions.
