Lead business transformation as a Business IT Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• You will lead strategic development projects such as ERP transformation initiatives and IT integration in mergers and acquisitions

• You will manage projects end to end, from planning and execution to deployment and business adoption

• You will drive change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes

• You will act as the link between business and IT, aligning scope, goals, timelines, and expected benefits

• You will coordinate global stakeholders and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and budget

Expectations for you

• You have proven experience in IT and business transformation projects or program management

• You have strong knowledge of ERP related change management

• You have experience working with industrial or manufacturing environments

• You have excellent communication skills and can engage both business and technical stakeholders

• You have a relevant degree and are fluent in English
