2. 推动需准入医院的正式准入或临采流程,提供与目标医院院办、医务处、药学部、医保办等关键决
策部门合作的解决方案并落地执行。
3. 目标医院 VBP 产品解限,VBP 产品恢复入药,医保报销限制等安全运营工作。
4. 收集和洞察负责目标医院业务和学术发展需求,组织药学交流活动,搭建药事管理论坛、开展药物
安全培训等,帮助关键客户提升业务水平。
5. 策划创新项目,策略产品 药学经济学优势研究,药代动力学优势,药物疗效与安全研究等。与销售
团队合作药学专家下基层活动。
6. 跨部门沟通:与商务团队合作解决目标医院价格谈判工作,与准入团队合作开展报量和勾标工作,
与销售团队合作拿到临采科室提单。定期组织沟通会,分享最新政策、市场信息及活动等。
7. 负责 48 家三级医院维护,收集关键客户信息并录入 SFA 系统,大客户覆盖达到公司 KPI。
