What You Will Do
The candidate will be working within the P&WC Customer Support organization, more specifically in the Regional Airlines department. Will be responsible to manage either the PW00 or PW150 engine product lines enrolled into a PpH “Pay per Hour” type of engine maintenance agreement. The candidate will be assigned customers within the Sout East Asia region and based in the P&WC Singapore facility. The candidate will be responsible to manage contract financial performance, engine removal plans and maintenance strategies to mitigate operational and/or financial exposures. The candidate will also be required to provide various financial status such as performing EAC “Estimated At Completion” reviews, ARRO risk reviews and gross margin expansion business cases. The candidate is expected to coordinate activities and deliverables in different time zones namely with the head office located in Montreal, Canada.
The candidate needs to demonstrate proficiency within the 4 pillars of the Customer Manager role. Financial, Contractual, Customer facing/management, Engine management (Schedule & Shop events)
Accountable for managing contract financial performance.
Ability to travel within South-East Asia region and yearly travel to Montreal, Canada
Occasionally working evenings to coordinate activities with P&WC headquarters in Montreal
Manage key strategic customer accounts driving benchmark satisfaction levels.
Primary liaison between customers and P&WC in support of customer’s maintenance activities.
For each assigned customer, establish service levels and manage suppliers (repair facilities) to customer expectations.
Manage any customer escalations at an executive level.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Master’s degree with minimum 7 years’ experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in Aerospace industry.
- Availability to attend evening meetings, when applicable, to coordinate activities with P&WC Longueuil facility in Canada
- Demonstrated Leadership in customer account management.
- Capable of understanding contractual terms and language and associated impacts
- Ability to build commercial business cases supporting
- Demonstrated Leadership skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others to drive actions to closure.
- Customer focused and proven customer relationship management skills.
- Capable to communicate at executive level.
- Proficient project management skill set.
- Team player, who is motivated, self-driven, flexible, and agile.
