About the role
Role Summary:
- Work closely with production ,design ,Test engineering ,product engineering , and other stakeholders to release new product in test site.
- Leading the Test program & Hardware development for new production to meet time plan, cost and quality as target.
- Be able to initiate the new idea to improve the test time, process , test methodology.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop the test program and test hardware for New product.
- Support product qualification, characterization and release on ATE, e.g. temperature characterization, correlation, R&R (MSC), etc.
- Drive and deliver all aspects of test improvement as fast as possible, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test failure analysis etc.
- Control the change on test program and test hardware using a structured process e.g. Enovia process.
- Support fab/assembly/test center transfers, new product introduction and volume ramp-up.
- Plan/manage/control new product requirement quality ,delivery and cost meet as target.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Control system and instruments Engineering or Relate field.
- Highly experience in test program development in multiple tester platform.
- Experienced in test lead of new product development is an advantage.
- Java/VBT/ C++ programming knowledge.
- Tester knowledge in Teradyne / Advantest (J750 / V93K) is an advantage.
- Experience of Sub Version Control (SVN) or Collabnet is an advantage.
- Strong in Gross Margin Improvement in Semiconductors Test.
- Strong analytical skills, Test hardware/software development, experience in subcontractor management will be advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive, driving for result and self-motivated with a strong desire to contribute to high-quality product development and able to work under pressure.
- Will and ability to work with international teams and available for travelling oversea due to assignment.
