ŌURA is looking for a highly organized, cross-functional Retail Marketing Project Manager to support the planning and execution of retail marketing initiatives across Americas. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Creative, Operations,, Merchandising, and external partners to ensure programs launch smoothly, on time, and with excellence.

As ŌURA continues to rapidly expand its physical retail presence, the complexity and scale of launches, campaigns, fixtures, seasonal moments, retailer-specific initiatives, and cross-functional coordination continues to grow. This role is intended to create operational rigor, visibility, and accountability across retail marketing workstreams while enabling teams to move faster and more cohesively.

This is a Fixed-term 6 month opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing structure to ambiguity, and enjoys collaborating across both creative and operational teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Management: Lead and drive complex, end-to-end retail marketing programs and initiatives from inception through launch execution across Americas Retail.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Architect and maintain integrated program roadmaps across a diverse stakeholder group, including Marketing, Retail Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, Packaging, and external vendors.
  • Operational Excellence: Build, refine, and scale tools, templates, and operating processes to streamline retail launch execution, optimize workflows, and improve cross-functional team efficiency.
  • Retail Strategy Execution: Own the execution planning for strategic, retailer-specific initiatives, including physical merchandising, fixtures, campaigns, e-commerce campaigns packaging transitions, and new store deployments.
  • Risk Management & Resolution: Proactively identify critical dependencies, delivery risks, and operational gaps early; drive strategic alignment and escalation paths to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver executive-ready communications, project retrospectives, and health dashboards to align internal leadership and retail partners on timelines and tradeoffs.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage intake, strategic prioritization, and resource coordination for multiple concurrent, high-impact retail marketing workstreams.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with Retail Sales and external agency/production partners to align marketing deliverables with high-level retailer timelines and broader business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish robust tracking mechanisms for activity across online and in-store channels, aggregating visual merchandising and field services data to provide a holistic view of NA Retail performance.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO, retail marketing operations, integrated marketing, or related cross-functional execution roles.
  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs and high-visibility product/commercial launches within consumer brands, retail organizations, or high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment, influence decision-making, and maintain momentum across matrixed teams.
  • Deep operational expertise in retail ecosystems, including physical merchandising, fixtures, channel marketing, management of 3PL partners, or in-store programs.
  • Advanced organizational instincts with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, navigating ambiguity to build structure and clarity.
  • Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet) and best practices; professional PM certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Strategic understanding of merchandising strategy, plan-o-gram development, and e-commerce content best practices.

Preferred Traits

  • Highly collaborative leadership style with a low-ego, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Calm under pressure with strong prioritization instincts in fast-paced environments.
  • Operationally and strategically minded, balancing process efficiency with brand and customer experience.
  • Proactive problem solver who naturally anticipates risks before they impact deliverables.

Location

Remote within the United States preferred, with ability to support North America retail initiatives and occasional travel as needed.
