You Are: Pega Business Analyst
The Work:
A Pega Business Analyst role focused on leading client meetings, gathering and documenting user requirements, and managing user stories in JIRA. This position partners closely with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint planning, and oversee testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings
- Gather and document user requirements
- Manage user stories in JIRA
- Partner with development teams to clarify requirements
- Support sprint planning
- Perform functional testing
- Demo completed user stories for client approval
- Coordinate UAT planning and execution with end users
- Support deployment activities
- Prepare key project deliverables
- Provide timely status updates to managers and client leads
- Utilize strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
