本ポジションはネットワーク製品のプロダクトマネージャーとしてTD SYNNEXが持つネットワーク製品群の事業成長に貢献していただくポジションです。プロダクトマネージャーの立場で売上および利益目標の達成を推進していただくとともに、TD SYNNEXのマーケットプレゼンス拡大を実現するために、マーケティングプログラム、営業・チャネルパートナー支援、新規ベンダーのオンボーディング、ベンダーサポート、ベンダーリレーションに取り組んでいただきます。

そしてネットワーク製品の各ベンダーとの協業を通じて、営業戦略の策定、市場開拓、パートナー育成、需要創出活動をリードし、チャネルビジネスの成長を加速させていきます。

主な職務内容（Responsibilities）

ビジネス戦略・収益管理

• ネットワーク製品群の事業計画およびGo-To-Market戦略を策定する
• 売上、利益、マーケットシェア目標の達成に責任を持つ
• 各ベンダーとの四半期・年間ビジネスプランを策定・実行する
• 製品カテゴリー別の販売実績を分析し、成長戦略を立案する
• パイプラインおよび売上予測（Forecast）の管理を行う
• ベンダーインセンティブやリベートプログラムを最大限活用し、収益性を向上させる

チャネルパートナー戦略

• ネットワークソリューションを推進する販売パートナーとの関係構築および拡大を担う
• リセラー、SIパートナー、サービスプロバイダー向け販売戦略を策定する
• パートナー開拓および既存パートナー育成施策を推進する
• パートナー向けビジネスレビューを実施し業績改善を支援する
• ベンダーのパートナープログラム活用を推進する

セールスイネーブルメント

• 社内営業組織およびパートナー営業向けの販売支援施策を企画・実施する
• 製品の提案資料、競合比較資料、営業ツールを整備する
• 営業チーム向け製品トレーニングを実施する
• ベンダー認定資格取得プログラムを支援する
• 大型案件の獲得に向けて営業戦略の立案を支援する

ベンダーマネジメント

• ベンダーとの戦略的パートナーシップを構築・維持する
• ベンダー営業チームおよびチャネルチームとの定期レビューを実施する
• 新製品および市場戦略を社内・パートナーへ展開する
• ベンダーとの共同マーケティング施策を企画・実行する

マーケティング・需要創出

• 製品及びソリューションの認知拡大および案件創出施策を企画する
• セミナー、イベント、ウェビナーを企画・運営する
• マーケティング部門と連携しリード創出を推進する
• 業界動向、競合情報、市場ニーズを分析し販売戦略へ反映する

社内連携・リーダーシップ

• 営業、技術、マーケティング、オペレーション部門と連携し事業目標を達成する
• ネットワーク製品の社内エバンジェリストとして活動する
• クロスファンクショナルチームを牽引し事業成長を推進する
• 組織全体に対して模範となるリーダーシップを発揮する
