Discover life at TheFork
- Onboard/Train TheFork Partners to TheFork Manager, the best ERBs for restaurant booking management out there;
- Ensure Partners are using the management software on a daily basis, and support them streamline and improve their service management
- Guide our Partners through their digital transformation
- Generate interest in Partners by showing them the opportunity to upgrade their ERB
- Re-Train Partners on the ERB, and proactively propose a refresh about it when needed
- Being watchful for improvement in training techniques
- Guarantee an excellent partner experience during the onboarding process
- Bring feedback from the field to improve our ERB, in collaboration with our Product Team
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:
- At least C2 level of Italian and fluency in English are mandatory
- Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is definitely a plus)
- Great communication skills
- Team player, passionate, open-minded with a touch of humor
- Great stamina and flexibility
