We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience to international customers and contribute to the success of our The North Face store.

About the role

Our Sales Associates play a key role in bringing our brands to life. Working in a dynamic environment, you will provide exceptional service, share product expertise, and help maintain the highest brand standards throughout the store.
 

How you will make a difference

We expect you to create memorable customer experiences by:

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect

• Developing a thorough knowledge of products in store

• Maintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines

• Keeping up to date with current trends and the brand’s place within the market

• Following all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room.   

What makes you the perfect fit?

• You speak English and Danish or Swedish

• You genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and offering support with a friendly, positive attitude

• You are proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• You have an interest in lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, and performance brands

• Retail experience is appreciated but not essential — your attitude matters most

• You live our guiding principles: act courageously, be empathetic, stay curious, act responsibly
