Providing administrative support and coordination to Health Club Management。 Handling monthly health& safety working environment assessment for the Health Club to minimize occupational injury。

What you will do
Provide members and guests the highest level of safety with excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations. Greet and properly register members and guests at the pool.
Interacting with hotel guests and members reporting complaints and providing feedback to the management.
Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Life Guard and GYM Instructor according to the requirements of the Fitness. Reassure the team member know how to operate all the equipment and know the knowledge of the machine.
Monitoring the service standard at the Health Club including the swimming pool to ensure that it achieves guest’s satisfaction and Hotel standard;
Oversee the cleanliness of the all areas in the Health Club and coordinate special requirements with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering

Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel
Excellent guest relations and management skills
Possesses aptitude and upward mobility
