Senior Finance Analyst - Supply Chain
This position is open to candidates in two different locations: New Jersey (USA) and São Paulo (BR), in a hybrid model.
What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Analyst role will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that optimize the performance of the supply chain. They will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cost, risk, and efficiency are managed effectively across the entire supply chain. This role requires an individual who is able to communicate effectively, lead a team, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth. Due to the nature of the position, we welcome applicants from other EU countries with right to work in Prague and we offer support with relocation for successful candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business partner to the Supply chain team to deliver priority transformation programs, achieve project milestones and track financial results.
- Responsible for delivering financial analytics and providing recommendations to Senior Supply Chain leadership to enable decision making.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to orchestrate complex processes, cascade calendars and analyze supply chain chain KPIs performance including Capex/Opex and Savings vs Budget.
- Deliver quarterly actuals vs Budget reporting and variance analysis. Responsible for orchestrating submission and validation of quarterly forecast for the projects under your responsibility.
- Build and foster a transparent & collaborative partnership with key stakeholders across finance and business teams.
- Process re-design, improvement and standardization through data automation and simplification.
What We Are Looking For
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
- Previous experience in finance or related business experience is required (Supply Chain experience preferred)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
- Cost and Inventory accounting experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience with automation tools such as Knime, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Apps, advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, team player
- The ability to define problem statements in a crisp way, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Qualifications:
- Systems knowledge mainly SAP / Microsoft office
- Experience as Finance or related business partner
- Supply Chain experience
