As a Field Supervisor - Process, you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite throughout the assigned region. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally. You will play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.
 

As a Field Supervisor - Process, you will be responsible for:

• Actively ensure that all HSE procedures are followed at location
• Prepare Engineering procedure under the instruction of Team Leader
• Depending on the size of the project, manage the project or manage a particular shift at job site.
• Actively conduct and participate in all pre job meetings
• Ensure that engineers procedures are followed on all work scopes
• Ensure all rig up of equipment is completed safely as per operating procedures
• Inspect equipment prior to operation and upon completion of operation
• Record and analysis performance data of the equipment spread.
• Backload and manifest all the equipment to ensure compliance.
• Assist in training of junior staff
• Other duties as directed by Team Leader.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Advance mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well and communicate with others, including Clients.
• Advance knowledge of oil and gas industry
• Completed relevant technical and safety training courses
• Experience: 5+ years Pre-commissioning and Leak Testing
• Experience: 3+ years Supervisor level
