Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role would report to the Business Intelligence Manager and based in Mumbai, India.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Services Business Intelligence team to develop business intelligence solutions, perform complex business analysis, build data analytics and automation into our service strategy. This will include building databases, dashboards, enhanced analytics and AI solutions.  The position will also be responsible for tracking performance, working with forecasting models, and development of automations as required.

Requirements:

• Strong 6-8 years of experience in building business intelligence solutions is a must.
• Strong 6-8 years of experience in business analysis and data interpretation is a must
• Experience with data warehousing technologies (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and working with large datasets is a must
• Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling knowledge is a must

• Good knowledge of statistics and identifying patterns and insights needed
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Amazon QuickSite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills!

Responsibilities:

• Developing, integrating, and maintaining back-end data architectures and staging environment
• Developing and automating reports, dashboards and self-service tools
• Building AI/ML solutions to increase efficiency, reduce errors and find additional insights
• Gathering data, performing analysis and presenting findings

• Working on complex business problems and presenting data-driven recommendations
• Performing scenario analysis and performance modelling
• Solve challenging data and architectural problems using cutting edge technology
• Cross functional collaboration with multiple business and technical teams

Graduate Education in:

• BA/BS/MA in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent
