Job Description:
We’re looking for a(n) L&D Training Specialist to play a key role in delivering the Global Leadership and TJX Canada learning curriculum, creating engaging learning experiences that inspire growth and development across the organization. In this role, you will help drive learner engagement, develop innovative learning resources, and assess program effectiveness to ensure meaningful outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with learning professionals through a Community of Practice, sharing insights and best practices that shape the future of learning. What You’ll Do:
- Facilitates and moderates Global Leadership and TJX Canada learning curriculum
- Manages project plans for each program, ensuring execution of program activities within established timelines including Role of a Leader of Leaders (RoLL) and Presenting for Impact
- Monitors and tracks sessions, maintains supplies and printing of materials as needed
- Develops communications and markets all course offerings, leveraging multiple platforms (e.g. ECHO, BYBS, Reflexis)
About You:
- Completed or working towards certificate in Adult Learning; experienced in adult learning and facilitation techniques
- Good communication skills, facilitation/presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with various needs and objectives, experienced in creating communication messages and plans and participating/leading meetings/presentations
- Able to work independently/ self-leader and as part of a team, including the ability to build close working relationships
- Strong computer skills including MS Office 365 (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint. Adobe); working knowledge of Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS)
