Manager, Mainframe Systems Programmer - CICS

Selects, develops and evaluates staff to ensure efficient operation of the function. Responsible for directing and executing day-to-day operations. Oversees delivery of services or functions of the group in accordance with organizational objectives. Recommends and implements operational improvements. Participates in annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.
