Job Purpose:
As the Internal Sales Specialist A/V your role is to act as the Internal sales specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio
What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and solid product knowledge (A/V)
Generate new business through outbound calls and discussions around solutions and products
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
Actively manage and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system
Maintain and grow relationships with partners through account planning and cross-selling
Provide quotations, pricing, promotions and negotiate commercial conditions
Manage customer backorders and set clear expectations
Identify project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs or Pre-Sales when needed
Drive sales of specific vendors or products aligned with expertise
Ensure high customer engagement and service level compliance (KPIs & SLAs)
Promote TD SYNNEX value proposition and benefits to partners and customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity information in CRM
Knowledge Skills and Experience
1–2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and confident phone manner
Target-oriented mindset with good planning and prioritisation skills
Proficiency in Portuguese language.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
Understanding of the sales process and inside sales environment
Good attention to detail and numerical skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience using CRM, quotation or order management systems is a plus
Knowledge of IT and/or Audio/Video products is desirable
