Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as: 

German Speaking Logistics Support Team Lead

Type of Employment: Permanent 

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead a team of English and German speaking logistics support specialists, supporting Circle K Business, store employees, and carriers via phone and email.

• Plan, lead, develop, and follow up on team performance, KPIs, employee growth, and team environment.

• Deliver services in line with operating procedures and established processes.

• Ensure continuous knowledge sharing within the team.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operations, and participate in related projects.

• Act as part of the global team leader group and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Fluency in English and German (both verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues in Germany and across Europe.

• Availability to work 12 hour day and night shifts when required.

• Understanding of European customers and cultural differences.     

• Strong customer and business oriented mindset.

• Analytical, performance-driven approach with a focus on execution excellence.    

• Experience leading a team.   

• Willingness to work with and develop people.

• Strong motivation and ability to develop your team, along with a commitment to your own growth (with our support).
