Technical Project Manager, EMECA

Purpose of Role: As a Technical Project Manager within Weir Minerals EMECA, you will play a critical role in delivering complex, highvalue engineered solutions that directly support our customers’ operations. Working in close partnership with Project Management, you will lead the technical execution of strategically important international projects from award through to final acceptance. This is a highly visible role offering exposure to major global projects, crossfunctional collaboration, and the opportunity to shape how technical project management is delivered across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and independently execute the technical scope of complex, highrisk and highvalue managed projects, ensuring delivery to agreed contractual scope, schedule and budget.
Partner closely with Project Management to oversee crossfunctional execution, project planning, risk management, reporting and documentation submissions in line with contractual requirements.
Manage technical engagement with customers, including coordination of acceptance testing, technical reviews, and successful project handover and closeout.
Support bid and proposal development by contributing robust, costeffective technical solutions and input into commercial and risk assessments.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Process or similar).
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Technical Project Manager within an engineered B2B or capital equipment environment.
Proven experience delivering complex international projects, including crossfunctional and multidisciplinary engineering scopes.
Strong technical background across disciplines such as Process, Mechanical, Civils, Piping/Hydraulics, Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation.
Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
