Job description ​

We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader with strong semiconductor process/equipment experience to drive manufacturing excellence and build a high-performing team. This role requires a balance of technical depth, team leadership, and ownership mindset in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and data-driven decision making, with opportunities to drive real impact on yield, performance, and operational excellence.  And passionate about leading teams, solving complex problems, and working in an open, results-driven culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of process/equipment engineers to support high-volume manufacturing
• Drive process stability, yield improvement, and equipment performance
• Own and execute continuous improvement initiatives (yield / cycle time / cost)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, IE, and global teams
• Make data-driven decisions and take accountability for line performance
• Coach and mentor team members to grow technical and leadership capabilities
• Support new technology transfer / ramp-up / site expansion
