Job Description

AWS is seeking a Solutions Architecture leader to join our Solutions Architect team in Poland, where you'll help customer businesses thrive in the digital age.
As a Senior Solutions Architecture Manager, you'll lead and inspire a team of technically skilled Solutions Architects while driving strategic initiatives that help enterprises and digital native business leverage AWS Services to produce tangible outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer obsession
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers’ technical leaders, driving executive-level conversations that align AWS solutions with customers' expansion goals
- Act as a technical thought leader, representing AWS in executive-level discussions, public speaking engagements, and writing content that showcases how AWS deliver value to customers
- Guide your team in designing and implementing cloud solutions working backwards from the customers’ needs
- Pioneer the adoption of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation into customer solutions, and inventing on their behalf.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute technical strategies that drive AWS adoption and exceed revenue objectives
- Coach and mentor Solutions Architects in conducting impactful technical discussions with senior stakeholders and executing successful customer engagements
- Foster knowledge sharing within the AWS community and guide the development of technical content that showcases best practices
