Job Description

Major Duties / Key Result Areas

Site Project Management

  • Make sure construction & equipment installation plans, including timelines, resource allocation
  • Monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Weekly review project deliverables, ensure adherence to technical specifications.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Make sure risk management to minimize 

Maintenance Manager

  • Maintenance & Engineering responsibilities for both South & North Powder site in VN Control maintenance costs and machine downtime due to maintenance to improve production efficiency and reduce machine downtime
  • Ensure maintenance & Engineering department comply with internal rules of the company, EHS regulations, PPE, 5S
  • Plan for correction any abnormal problems regarding to safety proactively according to schedule.
  • A formal review procedure carried out by a competent person is applied to those items identified as critical equipment
  • To ensure that the appropriate design standards and construction materials are used, and
  • To establish the safe design and working limits for containment and the control of hazards.
  • Any modifications or re-rating of critical equipment, or its protective systems, should be subjected to a similar formal review procedure as part of the MOC procedure.
  • Planned and preventative maintenance schedules are defined. All critical equipment should be registered, periodically inspected, and any protective systems tested within a prescribed period. This should include a system to identify any overdue inspections or tests. The inspection and any work done should be recorded
  • Personnel employed in the maintenance, repair and examination of critical equipment are competent by virtue of having the appropriate knowledge, training and experience
  • Monitor KPIs on monthly basis for department
  • Continuous improvement in manufacturing process for an optimal process with 1st time right outcome
  • Participate in CAIR / Quality Failure corrective actions driving year over year continuous improvements. 

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years’ working experience in manufacturing environment and 2+ years of project management
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related majors
  • Experience in Equipment maintenance with powder technology experience is strongly recommended
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and Microsoft Office.
  • Understand structure of PLC software programming, good knowledge about automation protocol is plus.
  • Able to effectively communicate in local and English language.
