Obowiązki:
- Organizowanie i nadzorowanie pracy Działu Utrzymania Ruchu
- Definiowanie projektów i ich nadzór
- Nadzór nad realizacją założonych KPI
- Stosowanie zasad TPM w celu zapewnienia maksymalnej efektywności maszyn i urządzeń
- Tworzenie harmonogramów oraz zapewnienie terminowego wykonania konserwacji, przeglądów i remontów maszyn i urządzeń
- Współpracę z innymi działami przy analizie i diagnozie problemów produkcyjnych
- Odpowiedzialność za dokumentację techniczną maszyn i urządzeń
- Nadzór nad budżetem, optymalizację kosztów, planowanie zakupów środków trwałych, narzędzi, części zamiennych oraz materiałów technicznych
- Współpracę z dostawcami części i serwisami zewnętrznymi
- Kierowanie podległym zespołem, rozwijanie kompetencji pracowników, szkolenie, planowanie zasobów, prowadzenie rekrutacji
Wymagania:
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
- Min. 4 lata doświadczenia w obszarze Utrzymania Ruchu/Inżynierii w zakładzie Produkcyjnym (mile widziane doświadczenie w branży automotive)
- Umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej i podległego zespołu
- Praktyczna znajomość Lean Manufacturing oraz narzędzi i metod rozwiązywania problemów
- Znajomość języka angielskiego
- Innowacyjność, umiejętność analitycznego myślenia, szybkiego rozwiązywania problemów i samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji
