Working Conditions

The incumbent spends 100% of their time in the plant and blending environment, performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy objects (10–75 lbs.), with standing and walking making up most of the workload. The role also requires working at heights, including climbing silos, adding an additional physical and safety consideration. Personal safety is impacted by exposure to heat, dust, and high noise levels, as well as the operation of certain equipment. The role demands moderate sensory focus, and limited control over work pace, along with unpredictable workflow, contributes to the overall stress of the position.
