Job Description:
Responsible for day-to-day planning and operations within a designated portfolio, optimizing supply chain performance across inventory, customer service, production, packaging procurement, and scheduling. Utilizes business analysis and system expertise to troubleshoot data, translate insights, and drive actionable decisions. Acts as the main contact for internal teams and external partners, identifying risks and resolving issues to ensure smooth supply chain execution. Supports efficiency, service level improvement, and continuous process enhancement.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
1–3+ years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, operations, or co-pack management—preferably within the CPG industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Highly system- and technology-savvy; experience with SAP, JDA/Blue Yonder, ERP/MRP/OMP tools required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable-owning decisions within their portfolio.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Track and manage adherence to key KPI, root cause failure, driving counter measure actions
Evaluate ongoing production schedules generated by internal or external units to ensure maximum turns, minimal waste, including optimization of system & process planning parameters and solves within planning systems (e.g. SAP, JDA, OMP)
lead contact for scheduling of local co-pack sites, capacity management, operational performance oversight
Robust analysis and input to S&OP, CMOS
Elimination of inventory waste through SLOMO process (slow moving & obsolete stock)
Identify and drive value leadership opportunities across product life cycle
Monitor and manage all stock movements
Management & communication of activity deliverables (e.g. seasonal, promotions, innovation, discontinuations) projects as assigned
