Responsible for enhancing the member experience, driving retention, and facilitating communication. Key responsibilities include:
• Assist in managing onboarding and executing a unified lifestyle calendar for members and guests.
• Assist in coordinating events and managing member communications through various channels.
• Building and maintaining positive member relationships and executing new member onboarding processes.
• Supporting the development of programming to increase golf rounds, member visits, and overall satisfaction.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
