ELDS Regional Sales & Solutions Leader, NEU__
We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Sales & Marketing Manager who is passionate about delivering results and continuously raising the bar. In this role, you will define and execute commercial strategies that drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position us for long-term success. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring that targets are not only met—but exceeded—while fostering a culture where people can thrive and develop.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Drive the development and execution of ambitious sales and marketing strategies, with clear ownership of growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial results, while building a positive, high-performing team culture.
Identify new business opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships, and ensure a strong and competitive market position.
Define and follow up on KPIs such as sales growth, pricing, and portfolio mix, turning insights into actionable improvements.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize business impact.
Champion a mindset of continuous improvement—encouraging new ideas, learning, and smart risk-taking.
Qualifications for the role
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of delivering growth and building lasting customer relationships.
An engaging and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower individuals and teams.
A results-oriented mindset combined with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Confidence to take initiative, challenge the status quo, and turn ideas into action.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
A genuine drive to learn, grow, and continuously improve—both personally and as a leader.
