Join our team at the Aman Indonesia Regional Office. Located in Bali’s cultural heart of Ubud, this growing regional office supports the brand’s five properties spread across Indonesia, in addition to its flagship sailing yacht, Amandira. You will work alongside the local teams at the very pinnacle of luxury hospitality, while connecting regularly with corporate teams across the globe. In collaboration, your role will help drive innovation and excellence across the Aman brand.

Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cluster Assistant Sales Manager, to join Aman Indonesia in Indonesia! Reporting to the Area/Cluster Director of Sales – Aman Indonesia you will be responsible for the operations within Aman Indonesia Resort.

Responsibilities

  • Regular sales call to China, Taiwan and Korea market based DMCs to update our Aman Indonesia updates.

  • Conducting regular webinar to ensure China, Taiwan, and Korea Agents received an update on Aman Indonesia properties.

  • Establishes strong contacts to source information in regard to Trade partners.

  • Conducting site inspection and Fam Trip at Aman Indonesia properties to ensure trades familiar with Aman DNA’s and Aman Indonesia top selling points.

  • Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Conducting regular webinar to ensure China, Taiwan, and Korea Agents received an update on Aman Indonesia properties.

  • Maintain close contact with China, Taiwan, and Korea Agents to ensure we have the market trends, booking patterns and comp set update.

  • Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts, etc. for all Aman Indonesia properties.

  • Provides accurate production report of China, Taiwan and Korea DMCs for monthly consolidation and to ensure the Trades are produce based on our target.

  • Communicates special campaign from China, Taiwan and Korea market to Aman Indonesia sales team and reservation team.

  • Record and analyze all lost, cancelled and waitlist business from China, Taiwan and Korea market and implement changes to maximize RevPAR in both.

  • Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct B2B or B2C sales experience is commonly required, preferably in a luxury resort.

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent in business or marketing in related field is preferred.

  • Mastery of closing techniques, active listening, and the ability to overcome objections.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value and persuade clients.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets
