About the role

Responsibilities include:

  • General clerical duties, such as answering phones, mail, filing, greeting walk-ins, and checking in students for appointments.
  • Scanning supporting documentation to student files. Assisting with the E-text and Captioning programs.
  • Exam proctoring for students who receive disability-related accommodations for exams. This includes checking in/out students, and appropriately returning the exam to the instructor upon completion.
  • Student employees will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon beginning their assignment with SDAC. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Candidates must be dependable, friendly, and have the ability to work with a diverse population of students.
  • Candidates must have great attention to detail, and ability to both be self-motivated and follow directions when needed.
  • Candidates must have great customer service skills.
  • Candidates must adhere to strict confidentiality requirements of position. Candidates must attend training before beginning work at SDAC.

Hiring for: Summer hours: 8am-4:30pm, Fall and Spring hours: Monday – Thursday 8am-9pm and Friday: 8am-5pm with the option to work on projects remotely outside of this time as needed.

Undergrad student wage position for less than 20 hours per week.

Compensation: $14.00 Hourly
