Senior Treasury Analyst | Bangalore

Job Description Summary

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be a key member of the treasury team. This role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on bank account balances, assisting in the maintenance and administration of bank accounts, supporting intercompany loans, setting up payment and funding transactions, supporting project-based activity and other Corporate Treasury requests, and various other aspects of global treasury operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business partnering ability.

About the Role:

• Monitor corporate-wide daily cash levels, daily banking activities, and transaction processing
• Assist Treasury Managers with opening, amending & closing bank accounts; help maintain the bank account database and update signatories as required
• Support cash forecasting, intercompany loans, audit preparations, and internal control assessments
• Accurately enter cash and funding transactions into online banking portals, set up payment templates in portals as needed
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly treasury reports for management
• Assist with Letters of Credit / other Trade Finance instruments as needed
• Work with business units to ensure they have appropriate banking services and tools to support their business activities and are efficiently using services
• Support the Corporate Treasury organization across a variety of other topics
• Be a positive contributor on cross-functional projects which require heavy Treasury support

About You:

• 4+ years of treasury or finance experience, preferably in a multinational, matrixed corporate environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, can handle multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Self-starter, fast learner, confident and able to navigate a complex organization
• Ability to identify and help drive process improvements
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Good acumen with financial systems
• Proficient in MS Office Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and online banking portals
• Preferred (but not required): Prior experience with Reval TMS, Workday, One Stream
• Proven track record providing accurate and detailed financial reports
• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting
