Job Description

Key responsibilities: (include but are not limited to):

• Responsible for leading the team to build China enterprise level digital strategy and drive the rollout of the strategy in the Healthcare Market to empower our customers.
• Responsible for digital business development of new Healthcare Digital products and solutions and collaboration with AI partners.
• Responsible for Cross-BU strategy deployment and commercialization process. Horizontal ownership for integration of digital products & applications within core HCS business segments
• Influence the product strategy and investment in new products and solutions to meet the needs of the market.
• Represent Healthcare Digital externally (with customers, government, institutions, professional associations, trade & industry councils) as well as internally; develop partnership collaborations with external developers & research institution and create/leverage influential networks to build brand equity and develop opportunities
• Responsible for establishing a close & effective collaboration and partnership with the Global Digital team across various functions, geographic locations and the China Product and Go-to-Market team.
• Demonstrate ability to attract & retain exceptional talents and to foster a highly agile & passionate start-up culture within the team and march towards joint mandates for breakthrough success.
• Demonstrate leadership and management capability by leading Digital team and have a broad repertoire of people leadership and people development.
• Responsible for regular preparation and transparent communication of the project status and mitigation plans to all stakeholders involved.
• Build up team, budget planning, steering of project plans as well as the control of the overall targets of the projects
• Build a collaborative environment, which values focus, accountability for results and teamwork to the overall benefit of customers.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive business leadership experience in Commercial and Professional Services in an IT environment with demonstrated customer solutions mindset
• Experience in managing multi-functional P&L, preferably in the Healthcare industry
• Ability to create a vision and to translate it into strategy and action.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate. Entrepreneurship is required
• Strong business acumen and management experience. Ability to effectively direct the business’ overall operations to maximize revenues and profit.
• Ability to inspire a business culture that is centered on growth, development of best practices, continuous improvement, and success.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS/MBA or global equivalent preferred.
• Experience across multiple functional areas such as sales, marketing, product development, implementation, service.
• Experience in the high-tech, software, informatics, or information-services sector.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare/IT Industry and the ability to translate that knowledge into a business strategy that ensures business success.    
• Strong oral and written language skills of Mandarin and English, and strong communication skills
