As a Statutory Reporting Coordinator, you will ensure statutory reporting compliance for assigned regions.

Reporting to the Statutory Reporting Lead, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business, finance teams, and external auditors.

How you will contribute:

• Lead the preparation and review of statutory financial statements, including support for annual audits

• Collaborate with Finance teams and Boards of Directors of respective legal entities to resolve statutory reporting matters and implement solutions

• Partner with the Business and cross-functional teams to identify and drive improvements in the statutory reporting process

• Ensure statutory reporting activities are executed in a controlled, compliant, and efficient manner

• Identify and resolve operational issues arising during the statutory reporting cycle

• Support the implementation and enhancement of end-to-end Finance processes, systems, policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Coordinate with external statutory reporting providers, where applicable

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting team members and resolving recurring business issues

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, ideally within a shared services environment in a large multinational organization

• Strong technical accounting and finance expertise

• Experience in financial analysis with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve data anomalies

• Solid understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance

• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand and meet stakeholder expectations

• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimizing processes and driving efficiencies

• Fluent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent

• Experience in finance and accounting projects or transformation initiatives

• Improvement-oriented mindset with knowledge of methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen

• Experience with Workiva

• Additional languages are a plus

Base Salary Range:

zł138,300.00 - zł190,190.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
