Production Technician (12 Hours Shift)

Perform all industrial operations in Primary Production plant in compliance with standard operating and maintenance procedures

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Monitor nitrogen generator plants via routine logging and equipment checks to ensure uninterrupted supply and contract compliance.
• Troubleshoot system anomalies, perform preventive maintenance, and manage planned or unplanned shutdowns and start-ups.
• Handle bulk gas inventory through ordering, receiving, and pallet or drum change-outs.
• Adhere to company HSE guidelines, 12 Life Saving Rules, and local legislation while serving as an Emergency Response Team member.
• Maintain positive customer relationships by proactively managing their operational needs and resolving complaints.
• Support project management teams during the installation, commissioning, and operations of new gas plants.
• Participate in internal and external training programs to continuously upgrade technical skills and operational competencies.
   

Are you a MATCH?

• ITE/NITEC/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a chemical processing industry or a process plant environment.
• Solid understanding of personal and process safety standards within an industrial plant context.
• Ability to interpret and read Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Willingness and capability to work on a rotating shift schedule.
