How Will You Make an Impact?
As an Assistant Quality Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements. You will lead and coordinate quality assurance inspectors, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
We’re expanding into a full 24/7 operation and are hiring across multiple roles and experience levels. Our 12‑hour overnight shift is ideal for someone who enjoys a more independent work environment with more days off each week. You’ll benefit from premium shift differentials, cross‑training opportunities, and the chance to shape processes on a growing team. Shift B – 6pm to 6am
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
What Will You Do?
Conduct, coordinate, and report on regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate inspection personnel, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to schedules on 1st and 2nd shift.
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to inspectors and Quality Leads to ensure consistency in inspections.
Maintain inspection schedules and prioritize activities based on production needs.
Implement quality improvement measures to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects.
Document audit and inspection findings and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented.
Communicate findings and recommend corrective actions to key stakeholders.
Additional activities might be assigned to support production and the department as needed.
How Will You Get Here?
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in process auditing and inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Supervisory experience leading or overseeing a team of at least 20 employees or more.
Experience in quality management principles
Prefer experience with Jabil tools, R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility), and quality inspections.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and manufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze audit results and implement effective corrective actions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and auditing techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IPC-A-610 standards is highly desirable
