Zipcar is seeking a Locations Manager who will be responsible for leading the identification, management, optimization, and branding of Zipcar locations across their markets. Developing and executing location plans, building relationships with a wide variety of external partners to ensure great experiences for members, and effectively coordinating and communicating with the fleet team to maximize operational efficiency are key to successful leadership in this role.
The Locations Manager must have deep knowledge of the Seattle area, be entrepreneurial enough to take calculated risks, love analytics and trends, negotiate and maintain a large volume of contracts, and successfully manage a budget.

- This role has everything: entrepreneurialism, merchandising, negotiations, marketing, business development, analytics, and finance.
- Locations builds the strategy, relationships, and agreements that enable us to optimize and grow our car-sharing network.
- Opportunity to make an impact and develop and grow outside the normal scope of your role to help the business, with empowerment and ownership of your work.
- Change the mobility landscape in the markets within your region.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Regional knowledge and experience working with government entities
- Ability to synthesize a large amount of data and make informed decisions
- Strong negotiation skills and salesmanship; maintains several leads in progress at all times
- Experience using Salesforce for account and contract management
- Excellent communication skills and strong relationships with internal operations team members and external vendors
- Deep understanding of the urban and mobility landscape as it pertains to where people live, work, and play
- Entrepreneurial thinker
- Relevant leadership or management experience
- Strong process orientation skills
- Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards)
The minimum starting salary for this position is $80,168.40. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
