We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first face our customers see and the first voice they hear, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional service experience.

What You’ll Drive

As our Receptionist, you will be the central communication hub of the dealership while providing administrative support across departments.

  • Greet all visitors to the dealership and ensure they are directed promptly and professionally
  • Manage the main switchboard and direct calls in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Track demo usage, license plate checkouts and returns, gas cards, and other sales-related items
  • Assist with entering keys into our Vehicle Management System when new units arrive
  • Support dealer transfers by ensuring all required documents and items are prepared and organized
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and packages
  • Coordinate outgoing parcels and ensure Purolator shipments are processed accurately and on time
  • Provide general administrative support as required
