The Role
負責支援新產品新模具驗證,持續改善及安全改善執行
負責塑膠射出模具管理點檢維護保養及異常處理加工技術支援
負責根據保養及生產計劃進行模具保養
In this role you will:
支援模具工程師執行模具故障排除
在模具工程師指導之下完成模具相關文件撰寫
支援模具工程師應對與供應商相關之業務, 包含訂單管理與監工等
與製程與模具工程師合作優化模具保養流程
與設備維護部門合作，並在維護模具時能有合格的技能
執行主管指派工作相關任務
即時向主管報告EHS問題和事件
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
有3年以上塑膠射出模具廠模具加工維修經驗者優先
6S現場執行經驗
對於生產中的6S, 工安, 精實生產,品質等有基本認知
專科學歷以上
具基本英文讀寫能力尤佳
具MS office使用能力
