The business transformation is led by a GLT member, CIO/ Vice President of business transformation, and the business transformation office (BTO) is led by a senior leadership to manage the day-to-day program. 

Part of the BTO (Business Transformation Office), the RC cPLM DT Project Manager will report to the RC cPLM DT Global Lead, based at RC Aimargues (RCA)

This role provides project leadership for the Ideas-To-Market functional area and specifically for a critical underlying project aiming at removing  blockers that have been identified for S4 and cPLM due to raw material duplication coming from Veritas, which is the current corporate specification tool at RC. This project is part of the I2M transformational activities foundation that will ensure process and system readiness required to start the cPLM design phase beginning of 2027.

What will be your responsabilities:

  • Responsible for a Project management, securing key objectives and benefits delivery through expert management of quality, costs and time.

  • Project Management : Coordinate the project organization, steer and implement a set of transformation within RC ecosystem through a strong collaboration with Business senior stakeholders within specific functional areas (Data, R&D, Supply, Digital technology)

  • Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources during concept & initiation, execution development (design, build, test), implementation and nurturing phases.

  • Business Alignment: Ensure all solution components meet business requirements and comply with Digital Core, Data and cPLM standards and ecosystem.

  • Work Organization: Prioritize tasks and scope items effectively and accordingly to Business priorities to ensure project success and speed of delivery.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D RC, MDG, Master Data, RC DT Business-as-Usual, PLM (Veritas + cPLM), and Digital Core teams (EOS) to build and deploy the required changes, supporting new ways of working.

  • Team Management: Potentially manage contractors within the DT team.

  • Change Management: Liaise with change management team of Digital Core, Veritas FE organization, and cPLM to support process and system changes to ensure smooth adoption.

  • E2E delivery of which are quality and functionally tested, with supporting program or project documentation which meet functional and technical requirements.

  • DT knowledge ownership : Own the DT knowledge management for the project, including business process documentation, technical configuration in order to handover to deployment and GDO teams, ensure sustainability of the platform/template and its adoption.

  • Applies technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design and performance requirements; and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented

What profile are we looking for:

IT Master Degree , Graduated from a Business School, or Degree from leading university

  • 5+ years’ experience in a related R&D and/or SAP implementation

  • Project & Program Management

  • Budget Management

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management of functional experts

  • Knowledge of IT solutions and/or relevant business areas
