What You’ll Do
As a Janitor at Las Colinas Post Acute, you’ll be a vital part of our care team—keeping our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff. Your work helps create a healing environment where people feel at home.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, common areas, and administrative offices
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Assist with laundry and waste disposal
- Support setup and breakdown for facility events and activities
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable interacting with residents and staff in a professional, friendly manner
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
