Role
The Food and Beverage Experiences Coordinator serves as a key connector within the Food & Beverage department, supporting the Director of Food and Beverage and all outlet managers in ensuring operational excellence, administrative organization, and the seamless delivery of Amanvari’s 360° guest experience.
This role bridges creativity, precision, and structure, ensuring that every touchpoint of the Food and Beverage journey reflects Aman’s philosophy of Seva, harmony, and attention to detail.
The position oversees key departmental initiatives, including hygiene standards, LQA performance, guest experience audits, private events in residences and villas, and the coordination of bespoke guest experiences.
The Food and Beverage Experiences Coordinator also provides administrative and project support to the Director of F&B, the Executive Chef, and the Head Bartender, ensuring the department operates with clarity, efficiency, and cohesion.
Responsibilities
- Act as administrative and operational support to the Director of F&B and all outlet managers.
- Oversee the end-to-end guest experience across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring consistency, personalization, and exceptional attention to detail at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate private dining experiences, villa and residence events, and special activations in collaboration with operational and culinary teams.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Head Bartender and Resort Sommelier, including inventory coordination and project management tasks.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B in the development, organization, and execution of new concepts, projects, and seasonal experiences.
- Maintain and monitor departmental training plans, ensuring consistent development, tracking, and evaluation of all team members.
- Oversee internal communication within the F&B team, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective information flow.
- Assist in budget tracking, purchase order management, and expense control for Food & Beverage operations.
- Ensure full implementation and compliance with HACCP standards across all outlets.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Stewarding teams to ensure all F&B spaces are properly maintained, operationally ready, and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Food & Beverage management or coordination roles within luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of LQA standards, HACCP protocols, and guest experience quality systems.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Solid financial awareness, with the ability to support budgeting processes, reporting, and expense tracking.
- Hands-on operational experience in restaurants, bars, and event management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented leadership style.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish; additional languages are considered an advantage.
