About the role

Responsibilities

  • Finance Module Implementation and Support: Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their Finance business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Configuration and Customization: Ensure all market-specific configurations are aligned with the relevant Product Owner and documented in a structured way.
  • End-User Training: Deliver trainings for end-users on Dynamics 365 Finance functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Dynamics 365 Finance configurations and customizations and ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with business users.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain functional design documentation, solution design documentation, user manuals and training materials.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP system.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing the finance module.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Upper intermediate level of English.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power Automate.

Will be an advantage

  • Relevant certifications (MB-310Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant).
  • Knowledge of the rest of power platform (OCR, Invoice Capture, Power Apps, Power BI).
