Who we are looking for:  

VML is seeking an Account Supervisor servicing one of our largest North American clients. You will be in service of the performance marketing initiatives created for a global quick service restaurant brand. You are accountable for presentations and well-managed projects, timely production, and budget adherence. This role owns the responsibility of the growth and development of the client’s go-to-market retail business across all disciplines.  

What you’ll do:  

  • Client | Oversee day-to-day agency performance and client relationship. Be proactive in assessing client needs and demands, delivering added value to the client wherever possible. Become a subject matter expert in the quick service restaurant industry, speaking clearly to the competitive landscape, products, services, trends and digital positions within the client’s business. Provide clear instruction as to the goals and objectives through any campaign or creative endeavor with specific guidance and performance measures.
