The Role
We are seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive optimisation and transformation across Wealth Management operations, spanning front, middle, and back-office environments.
This role focuses on Lean-led operational improvement, value stream redesign, and AI-enabled process transformation. You will partner with client stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, deliver measurable performance improvements, and embed sustainable operating model change across onboarding, servicing, and core operational processes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead wealth operations optimisation initiatives across onboarding, servicing, and core operational processes
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and value stream mapping to identify cost, efficiency, and quality improvement opportunities
- Design and deliver Agile-led operational transformation programmes
- Identify and implement AI-enabled automation and process redesign use cases
- Track and evidence measurable efficiency gains, cost optimisation, and service improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within Wealth Management operations (front, middle, and/or back office)
- Demonstrable delivery of Lean-led operational transformation programmes
- Experience in value stream mapping, cost optimisation, and process redesign
- Exposure to Agile transformation within operational environments
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate operational insights into strategic outcomes
Bonus Points For
- Experience delivering onboarding or servicing optimisation within wealth environments
- Practical experience identifying and implementing automation or AI-enabled efficiency solutions
- Exposure to post-integration or platform-enabled operational transformation
- Consulting experience within Wealth & Asset Management
- Cross-functional transformation experience spanning technology and operations
